Terms and admission
What we need in order to take your pet, and what they get during the stay.
Admission requirements
All guests must meet the following conditions:
- Be healthy
- Be vaccinated (dogs also require the kennel cough vaccine)
- Be treated for internal and external parasites
- Have a valid veterinary passport
- Not be aggressive towards other animals or people
What the stay includes
The price of one night covers:
- Individual attention for every animal
- Walks in a clean green area — at least 3 times a day
- Feeding on the routine you specify, with the food you bring
- 24-hour veterinary service
Drop-off, pick-up and surcharges
- Drop-off and pick-up: between 08:00 and 21:00.
- Pick-ups after 21:00 are charged as an extra night.
- Un-neutered animals or animals needing individual care are 10€ extra per night.
- Pick-up from your address: 20€. Return trip: free for stays over 10 nights, otherwise 20€.
- Bookings are arranged by phone.
