Yard, green space and walks

The site has a large yard and green space where the dogs play and move around.

We walk them at least three times a day, and more often when needed — depending on the weather and the condition of the dog. We also offer longer walks in the nearby parts of Vitosha.

Rooms and VIP accommodation

Every dog has a separate, secure room with toys and the conditions they need to rest.

For owners who want more, we also offer a VIP room. Ask about availability when booking.

Feeding with your own food

Please bring your dog's food. A sudden change of brand is one of the most common causes of an upset stomach — and the worst possible time for that is while you are away.

You leave the food and precise instructions: how many times a day, what portion, at what hours. We follow them to the letter. If your dog is on a veterinary diet or takes supplements, tell us that too.

Team and veterinary care

The team includes trained specialists and qualified veterinarians who are continuously available and know the specific needs of different breeds.

Veterinary service is available 24 hours a day.

Admission requirements for dogs

  • Not aggressive towards people or other animals
  • In excellent health
  • Vaccinated, including the mandatory kennel cough vaccine
  • Treated for internal and external parasites
  • A valid veterinary passport

Un-neutered dogs or dogs needing individual care are 10€ extra per night.

How much does dog boarding cost in Sofia?
A 24-hour stay for a dog costs 25€. Food is not included — you bring their own food so we do not change their routine. Un-neutered dogs or dogs needing individual care are 10€ extra per night.
What documents and vaccinations do you require?
The animal must be healthy, vaccinated, treated for internal and external parasites, and have a valid veterinary passport. Dogs also require the kennel cough vaccine. We do not accept animals that are aggressive towards people or other animals.

What does the price include?
A 24-hour stay, individual attention, walks in a clean green area at least 3 times a day, a separate secure room and 24-hour veterinary service. For cats, a litter tray is also included. You bring the food, so your pet stays on their own routine.
What are the drop-off and pick-up hours?
Drop-off and pick-up are between 08:00 and 21:00. Pick-ups after 21:00 are charged as an extra night.
